Women's Groups

Women's Fellowship Group

St. Anthony and St. Mary Parish communities have formed a Women's Fellowship Group. Join us for beverages & light refreshments as we explore our faith. Tailored to the busy lives of women, no preparation is needed and there is no cost – just come with an open heart. The group meets on Tuesdays from 6:30-8 p.m.at St. Anthony Parish in the Chesterton Academy Commons.

This session, we are watching and discussing the six-week Formed Series "Who am I to Judge? Responding to Relativism with Logic and Love." Fr. Linn will facilitate discussion after each video viewing.

Fridays from 9-11 am | St. Anthony Parish, St. Joseph Chapel building (basement)

The purpose of this group is to provide an opportunity for community and learning about the truths of our Faith. We will begin by studying “What We Believe: The Beauty of the Catholic Faith” through Ascension Press. We ask a $10 fee for the companion workbook.

Topics we will cover include:

  • What Catholics truly believe
  • Who Catholics truly are and how we are called to live
  • The blessings of Creation, redemption, and newness of life in the Holy Spirit
  • The profound gift of the sacraments, especially the Holy Eucharist, the source and summit of our Faith

Well-Read Mom Group

Well-Read Mom accompanies women in the reading of great books and spiritual classics to encourage personal growth, friendship, and meaningful conversations in order to explore the human condition and reorient ourselves to what is good, beautiful, and true.

School Moms Morning Praise

This group of mothers meet to discuss the Sunday gospel readings, with reflection questions in a relaxed atmosphere of support and fellowship. Meetings are usually held Wednesday mornings, 2-3 times a month. School parents are encouraged to be involved. Children are welcome.
