Strategic Plan “Town Hall” Meeting on May 30

When we launched the Strategic Planning process, it was important that we hear from all of our stakeholders, and we appreciate your continued engagement and candor. Strategic planning is a collaborative process, and your voice and participation is vital. As a school and parish community, we are at our best when we work together as one team toward our shared goals and priorities – at the heart of which is providing excellence in  Catholic education.  

Over the past nine months, St. Mary Parish School has been deeply engaged in a conversation about who we are, what it means to be a Catholic grade school, and what our future holds. Many school staff and parish leaders, parents, teachers, parishioners, and community members were invited to participate in the planning process through surveys and interviews facilitated by our partners in this effort, faith-based planning firm Meitler. Thank you for sharing your feedback. 

Now, we’d like to invite you to a Strategic Plan “Town Hall” meeting to preview the exciting initial outcomes of this process. We will share the plan’s vision, values, and strategic goals for the next five years, as well as answer your questions. The event will be on Tuesday, May 30, from 6-7:30 pm in the St. Mary Parish School Activity Center.
